RETURNS
- We do not offer refunds or reshipments for products lost, retained, returned, or confiscated by customs in your country, or for partial or total damage to the merchandise.
- Check what you order in our store before paying, because that is exactly what we will send you. We do not accept return of merchandise due to confusion or misunderstanding in your purchase. Our products are properly labeled and properly illustrated in our store. As well as each flute has real photographs of the product, and an audition video demonstrating the quality, perfect tuning, performance and sound characteristics of each instrument (such as resonance and timbre).
- None of our products (physical or digital) or services are eligible for refunds, exchanges or alterations. Colombian Consumer Statute Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47 paragraphs 1 and 3, where exceptions are established for the right of withdrawal: Paragraph 1. In contracts for the provision of services whose provision has begun with the agreement of the consumer. Numeral 3: In the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- All purchase order receipts are sent digitally in PDF format to the email account provided by the buyer. at the moment of the purchase. Keep this for any follow-up or claim. We belong to the SIMPLIFIED REGIME - therefore we are not obliged to send or issue sales invoices (Article 616 - 2 of the ET). We are exempt from charging or causing sales tax.

Final Sale & Administrative Fulfillment Policy: Due to the immediate digital delivery of our Online Courses, eBooks, and downloadable music, as well as the instant administrative processing and crediting of Hourly Tutoring Plans to your account, all sales are final.
Please note that Tutoring Plans are considered fully rendered services upon activation within our platform, as they involve immediate administrative costs and the reservation of instructional capacity. Therefore, these digital goods, assets, and service plans are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, even if the hours have not yet been utilized. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the irrevocable nature of these non-tangible goods and activation processes, and expressly accept our Terms of Service. -
Order Cancellation, Administrative Fees & Dispute Waiver
Should an order be terminated due to a failure to provide required identification, an incorrect or inconsistent shipping address, or discrepancies within the account information, the order will be cancelled immediately. A refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to a non-refundable 8% administrative fee deducted from the total order value.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges these requirements and waives any right to dispute the transaction or initiate a chargeback regarding the administrative fee. Furthermore, any such order may be flagged as fraudulent within our internal security protocols and our authorized payment gateway.
