Está bien experimentar uno mismo con la flauta, poder sonarla es divertido y nos llena de satisfacción al jugar con sus notas y efectos de sonidos libremente al abrir y cerrar sus orificios. El término Sui-Zen o meditación soplada se inspira en la práctica budista del Japón feudal, este tomó gran relevancia en el período de Edo (1603-1868) gracias a la ya extinta secta budista de la rama Rinzai-zen llamada Fuke-shu, monjes peregrinos que recorrían villas y ciudades entonando sus oraciones en forma de sonatas con sus flautas de bambú. Estos monjes, muchos de ellos samurai retirados dedicados al camino espiritual, fueron conocidos con el nombre de Komuso o monjes de la nada.
Este comprensible programa de estudio online se basa en mi exitoso método de estudio Mumon Ryu o Sistema de la escuela sin puerta, un sistema que te enseña respiro a respiro de la misma forma en que yo aprendí la práctica del arte y el dominio del instrumento. Este curso bien estructurado te lleva de principiante a maestro en 4 niveles (12 ciclos de estudio en total), brindándote sólidas bases de la práctica meditativa y la consciencia plena a través de tu propio soplo y sonido.
Este no es un curso caprichoso de fin de semana, es uno muy profesional a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Cuanto más se profundiza, mayor es el dominio. Atención plena a través de tu propio sonido y soplo.
Teoría musical desde cero y aplicada a este instrumento.
Escalas musicales (Onkai).
Gramática musical japonesa (Notación, lectura y escritura de partituras).
Improvisación y composición musical.

Interpretar un selecto repertorio de diferentes sonatas y canciones sagradas tradicionales del budismo zen (Honkyoku) y del folclor japonés.

Dominar el instrumento (la flauta shakuhachi), desde el estilo y técnicas exclusivas del sistema Mumon Ryu.
Cómo hacer a mano tu propio shakuhachi profesional.
Patrones especiales de respiración.
Acondicionar tu mente y cuerpo.
Desarrollar tus inteligencias musical , kinestésica, intrapersonal, emocional, naturalista, lógica, creativa y espiritual.
Soplar la comprensión y la práctica del zen.
Historia y tradición de la disciplina sui-zen.
Técnicas avanzadas de meditación.
Las bases del arte marcial de los monjes Komuso (ex-samurai).
Etiqueta y protocolo. Las buenas maneras y el respeto.
Paz, equilibrio y dominio personal a través de tu propia respiración, soplo y sonido.
Los pre-requisitos para iniciar:
Tener la mente y el corazón dispuestos para aprender este nuevo camino a través de tu propio soplo, sonido, a tu ritmo y sin estrés.
No necesitas ser músico o saber de música. Si lo eres, estar dispuesto a desaprender para estar vacío y recibir nuevos conceptos y superar retos.
No requiere que seas un practicante de la meditación en cualquier corriente. Si practicas alguna disciplina meditativa debes tener una postura 100% de aprendiz para nutrir tu conocimiento de la mejor manera.
No requiere saber de artes marciales. Si eres practicante de algún arte marcial, aquí encontrarás un complemento ideal para tu práctica a través del soplo y sonido para alimentar tu dimensión del ser espiritual.
Entendiendo la línea de tiempo del curso
El curso maestro de shakuhachi ha sido diseñado desde la experiencia de aprendizaje del maestro Zapata. Posee un completo currículo estructurado en ciclos y niveles.
Se estima una línea de tiempo de estudio de principiante a maestro de 3 años, aunque este tiempo puede variar entre cada estudiante.
Son 4 niveles de estudio que contienen 3 ciclos cada uno, para 12 ciclos de estudio en total. Nivel introductorio o shoden (ciclos 1 al 3), nivel intermedio o chuden (ciclos del 4 al 6), nivel avanzado o okuden (ciclos del 7 al 9) y el último nivel o Gokuiden (ciclos del 10 al 12). Existen planes de estudio o membresías de estudio donde puedes obtener una flauta de práctica más económica que al comprarla por separado. Puedes tomar desde 4 meses de estudio (un solo ciclo) hasta todo el curso completo (3 años de estudio / 12 ciclos).
Es muy fácil ir agregando nuevos ciclos de estudio desde tu aula personalizada de estudio una vez culmines el que cursas. Opcionalmente podrás certificar tu nivel de estudio cada vez que culmines 3 ciclos de estudio (cada nivel culminado). Solo se certifican niveles, no ciclos individuales.
Cómo ingresar al programa de estudio
El programa de estudio posee varias formas de iniciarte, estas ligadas al tiempo de estudio que desees invertir y el ahorro que desees tener en tu inversión y la relación a corto, mediano o largo plazo que desees hacer con tu práctica y el sistema. You don't need to be a musician or know about music. If so, be willing to unlearn to be empty and receive new concepts and overcome challenges.
It does not require you to be a meditation practitioner in any kind. If you practice any meditative discipline, you should have a 100% learner posture to best nurture your knowledge.
No martial arts knowledge is required. If you are a practitioner of some martial arts, here you will find an ideal complement to your practice through breathing and sound to feed your dimension of being spiritual.
Understanding the Master Course timeline
The shakuhachi master course has been designed from the learning experience of master Zapata. It has a complete curriculum structured in cycles and levels. A 3-year beginner-to-master study timeline is estimated, although this time may vary from student to student.
There are 4 study levels that contain 3 cycles each, for a total of 12 study cycles. Introductory level or shoden (cycles 1 to 3), intermediate level or chuden (cycles 4 to 6), advanced level or okuden (cycles 7 to 9) and the last level or Gokuiden (cycles 10 to 12).
There are study plans or study memberships where you can get a practice flute cheaper than buying it separately. You can take from 4 months of study (a single cycle) to the entire course (3 years of study / 12 study cycles).
It is very easy to add new study cycles from your personalized online study classroom once you finish the current one. You can also certify your level of study each time you complete 3 study cycles. Only levels are certified, not individual cycles.
